Cryosauna cabin is whole-body therapy .It is one of the most common types of cryotherapy that involves exposing your entire body to temperatures that range between -100°C and -160°C for unique therapeutic purposes. This procedure usually takes place in a unique chamber referred to as the cryo chamber. Cryotherapy can accelerate the body's natural recovery while improving overall well-being and energizing the body. During the cryotherapy one should wear gloves and socks to protect nerve ending.
